SRG Global is seeking a Global Payroll Leader to drive payroll strategy, enhance delivery processes, and oversee payroll operations across the US, Spain, Poland, Mexico, and China. This role will have the unique opportunity to influence and improve HRIS and benefits system integration while ensuring compliance and accuracy in payroll execution.
A key aspect of this role includes ownership of relationships with third-party providers, ensuring accountability and directing service delivery. Additionally, this leader will bring expertise in payroll tax regulations, ensuring accurate calculations, reporting, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. The successful incumbent will have a critical leadership role in shaping our global payroll capabilities and driving operational excellence. What You Will Do: * Develop and implement payroll strategies to optimize delivery and integration with HRIS and benefits systems. * Lead and manage the end-to-end payroll process across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. * Own relationships with third-party payroll providers, directing their performance and holding them accountable for service standards. * Build and develop a global payroll team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. * Collaborate across functions to identify and implement system improvements, enhancing payroll accuracy and efficiency. * Ensure adherence to payroll laws, regulations, and audit requirements while generating insightful payroll reports for leadership. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications): * 5-7 years of experience in payroll management, including global payroll processes. * Expertise in payroll platforms such as Ceridian Dayforce, ADP Workforce Now, SAP SuccessFactors, or UKG Pro. * Demonstrated experience in vendor management and accountability. * Strong knowledge of payroll systems and compliance requirements. * Demonstrated experience in payroll tax compliance, including multi-jurisdictional tax laws and reporting. What Will Put You Ahead: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field. * Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation.
