Job SummaryThe Senior Analyst, Commercial Reporting & Forecasting is a professional individual responsible for support advance data analytics and forecasting activities for the Oncology, Endocrinology, and Immunology biopharma products. The Senior Analyst must have a strong working knowledge and understanding of the biopharma market and The position is expected to work with cross-functional teams across Global and US Marketing, Market Access, Sales, Medical Affairs, Finance, and IT. Knowledge of related activities in biopharma within Veeva CRM, Qlik (Power BI), Model N, as well as other financial tools is required.

This is a hybrid position, and the selected candidate will be required to work onsite in the Lake Zurich, Illinois office 3 days a week.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $98,000 per year
Position is eligible to participate in a bonus plan with a target of 6% of the base salary. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.   • Lead the establishing of a robust ASP forecast process with a newly implemented analytical tool (CAT Model) for each Fresenius Kabi biopharma asset based on existing and future contracts.
  • Lead all biopharma product's payer (MMIT) data analysis and reporting. Work cross functionally with market access, sales, and leadership to ensure data accuracy and reporting.
  • Assist and collaborate with Marketing and Market Access on establishing and enhancing the process from a payer win to data targeting updates to the sales team.
  • Administer and maintains data sources for several systems within the department.
  • Assist with data integration and integrity with the CDP platform.
  • Maintains and provides guidance on data analysis and accuracy of reports.
  • Analyzes data sets and KPIs to provide recommendations and identify opportunities to improve the process.
  • Provide explanations of variance based on established targets.
  • Support the team in competitive analysis and launch readiness activities.
  • Proactively tracks and audits data sources for the related systems.
  • Assist in ad-hoc analytics and reporting requests form greater biopharma team.
  • May train or mentor others analyst within department or other professionals outside of the data analytics team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a finance/accounting field required. MBA preferred.

  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical work experience with 3+ years managing a portfolio of projects in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Strong ability to think analytically, execute to a goal/vision, influence, problem solve, and impact/drive change in a heavily matrixed global environment.

  • Demonstrates independence and must be self-driven.

  • Work with cross functional teams

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.

  • Must be able to think innovatively and strategically and have a desire for learning.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute task in a dynamic environment

  • Ability to work on multiple complex projects and demonstrated time management skills and to work independently

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, Power Point, SAP, Qlik, and TM1.

  • Ability to travel, including international travel.
