Atlanta, GA Job Summary
The Operations Management (OM) Area consists of a collegial and distinct group of faculty dedicated to doing high-impact research and educating the next generation of researchers and managers. Areas in which we conduct pioneering research include supply chain operations, data-driven service operations, innovation and technology management, and sustainable operations. Beyond publishing and holding key editorial positions in leading operations management journals, our faculty cares deeply about translating their research to practice. As a result, OM Area faculty regularly interact and collaborate with companies and startups. As a group, we strongly endorse various research methods to address different managerial challenges in operations management. The OM Area also has a robust PhD program in Operations Management. Faculty candidates should possess demonstrated potential for excellent scholarly research and ability to teach at undergraduate and/or graduate level. Salary and teaching load of three courses per year are competitive with leading research universities. Responsibilities for this position include:
