Your Impact as a Licensed Outpatient Therapist:
In this role, your duties may include, but are not limited to, providing individual, family, partner, and group therapy services to clients with a wide range of mental health concerns. You will be instrumental in improving the quality of life for individuals and families, completing diagnostic assessments, and developing tailored treatment plans to support their growth and well-being. You will maintain clinical oversight and ensure compliance with mental health clinic statutes, all while contributing to a vibrant, collaborative environment that values continuous professional development.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Master's degree and active licensure as an LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP required.
Experience in diagnosing and treating a broad range of mental health disorders, using trauma-informed therapeutic approaches.
Knowledge of and experience with the most current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).
Strong skills in critical thinking, decision-making, and interpersonal effectiveness.
A passion for delivering high-quality, culturally competent care with a focus on social justice.
Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications:
At least two years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.
Experience working with families of color and an understanding of the impacts of racism and poverty.
