Please note this is an open-rank position and could be categorized as Instructor, Senior Instructor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor based on experience and qualifications as indicated below. Nature of Work This position is primarily responsible for providing evidence-based mental health services to youth and their families in the CHCO PMHI outpatient clinic at the Anschutz Medical Campus and/or at one of the Network of Care locations. The CHCO PMHI outpatient clinic serves youth presenting with a wide range of emotional and behavioral difficulties including anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidality, ADHD, behavioral concerns, and trauma. There may be opportunities to work in additional clinical, training, and/or research settings within PMHI based on skillset and program needs. Professional Field Psychology Examples of Work Performed The duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
Supervision Received The Child and Adolescent Psychologist report to the PMHI Clinical Director, Dr. Jessica Hawks. Supervision Exercised The Child and Adolescent Psychologist will not supervise other employees. There will be opportunities to provide supervision, training, and mentoring to mental health trainees. Salary and Benefits The salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established at: Instructor, Senior Instructor, Assistant Professor: $105,000 to $120,000 Associate Professor: $130,000 to $145,000 Professor: $175,000 to $205,000 The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. Minimum Qualifications Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
Instructor: 1-3 years of related clinical experience at a rank or equivalent experience. Senior Instructor: 1-3 years of related clinical experience at a rank or equivalent experience. Assistant Professor: 1-3 years of related clinical experience at a rank or equivalent experience. Associate Professor: 4-7 years of related clinical experience at a rank or equivalent experience. Professor: 7+ years of related clinical experience at a rank or equivalent experience. Applicable for all ranks: Minimum degree required Ph.D. and/or PsyD, Colorado Psychologist License or be eligible for licensure within the State of Colorado Preferred Qualifications (applicable for all ranks)
