What You'll Do

• Coordinate the comprehensive development of prototype products, ensuring every detail aligns perfectly with the design vision and technical specifications.
• Monitor the overall development process for specific product lines, proactively identifying and resolving potential roadblocks to keep timelines on track.
• Act as the primary point of contact for vendor partners, facilitating clear, consistent, and collaborative communication regarding all development details.
• Create and meticulously maintain seasonal composite sheets and classification charts to serve as essential reference tools for cross-functional teams.
• Manage the workflow of weekly updates, ensuring communication tools are effectively utilized across merchandising, production, technical, and vendor teams.
• Track all development activities to guarantee execution adheres strictly to established timelines and quality standards.
• Communicate intricate design development details clearly to all relevant stakeholders, fostering alignment and understanding throughout the process.

What You'll Bring

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in product design and/or product development.
• A strong educational foundation with a Bachelor's degree in Design, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle, from initial concept through to final production.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple complex tasks, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate seamlessly with diverse internal teams and external vendors.
