  • Act as a central connector, fostering strong collaboration and alignment among Creative, Brand Marketing, PR, Social, Influencer, Merchandising, Production, and external agency partners on briefs, creative direction, priorities, and execution strategies.
  • Champion integrated creative development by actively engaging channel partners early in the process, including ideation, campaign planning, shoot logistics, and creative reviews, to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign execution.
  • Oversee the creation and production of channel-specific deliverables, such as press kits, lookbooks, dynamic social assets, and comprehensive influencer content briefs, meticulously tracking progress from concept to approval and final distribution.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Production, and Merchandising teams to manage essential production elements, including shot lists, product information, image selection, retouching coordination, and sample logistics.
  • Facilitate effective communication across all stakeholders by leading project kickoffs and status meetings, documenting critical decisions and next steps, tracking action items, and ensuring consistent information flow and accountability.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential risks, skillfully navigate shifting priorities, streamline feedback and approval processes, and coordinate the timely handoff of final assets to internal teams and external agency partners.
  • Commit to operational excellence by maintaining up-to-date project tracking tools and documentation, while continuously seeking and implementing opportunities to enhance workflows and cross-functional collaboration.
