What You'll Do

• Perform in-depth data analysis to inform critical inventory planning decisions for apparel and equipment.
• Translate complex data sets into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for key stakeholders.
• Skillfully manage and prioritize a diverse range of tasks, including ad-hoc requests, in a high-volume and fast-moving operational environment.
• Maintain exceptional organizational standards to ensure efficient workflow and accurate inventory management.

Must-Have Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in inventory planning.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and the ability to articulate insights through data storytelling.
• Proven ability to prioritize effectively, manage ad-hoc tasks with agility, and exhibit strong organizational skills in fast-paced settings.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience within a marketplace environment dealing with finished products and consumer goods.
• Familiarity with inventory planning specific to footwear or apparel.
• Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP, S4/HANA, or similar platforms, along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Prior experience within the consumer goods industry.
