We're looking for a mechanically inclined Tooling Technician to support our injection molding operation by maintaining tooling, assisting with changeovers, troubleshooting production issues, and helping keep equipment running at peak performance. Whether you have manufacturing experience or strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in a stable, team-oriented environment. Schedule Options Weekend Days: Friday-Sunday, 3:00 AM-3:00 PM Weekend Nights: Friday-Sunday, 3:00 PM-3:00 AM What You'll Do Troubleshoot tooling and production issues Support die setups and changeovers Clean, inspect, repair, and maintain tooling Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs Ensure tooling is production-ready Verify product quality and specifications Maintain accurate tooling records Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment What We're Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Manufacturing or tooling experience preferred Injection molding experience is a plus Why Join Us?
