The Admissions & Finance Coordinator is a highly visible role that serves at the intersection of student admissions, program operations, finance, and leadership support for the University of Colorado Child Health Associate/Physician Assistant (CHA/PA) Program. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of healthcare by helping recruit, select, and support the next generation of physician assistants. As a trusted member of a small, collaborative team, the successful candidate will work closely with program leadership, faculty, staff, students, and applicants while contributing to initiatives that directly support the program's educational mission and long-term success. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and building strong relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities range from guiding prospective students through the admissions process, coordinating interview events, and supporting student onboarding, to managing financial transactions, administering scholarships, supporting accreditation and compliance activities, and providing executive-level support to program leadership. The position offers significant opportunity to improve processes, solve problems, and take ownership of projects that have a visible impact on applicants, students, faculty, and the program as a whole. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the annual application process for students, execute admissions processes in the database, and provide information on the admissions process to internal and external constituents. Support the Director of Admissions in all aspects of interview day planning and execution. Provide executive assistance to the Program Director, including managing the calendar, coordinating travel, and coordinating the annual PRiSM review process. Effectively handle sensitive and confidential personnel and financial issues on behalf of leadership with tact, discretion, and professionalism. Administer financial processes including purchase requisitions, travel arrangements for faculty, and manage scholarship funds. Independently determine the appropriate account for all allocations of expenses and ensure financial transactions are appropriate and comply with all relevant University regulations and policies Assist the Business & Operations Manager with human resource functions including onboarding new hires, managing student employee timesheets, and tracking leave for the program. Provide project management support to the CHA/PA Program, including improving processes to increase efficiency.

Hybrid - this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of three (3) days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings. |

Qualifications: |
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, business administration, communications, education, social sciences, healthcare administration, public administration, human resources, liberal arts, organizational development, or a directly related field from an accredited institution.
Two (2) years of professional experience in finance/accounting, academic, student or education program support, or other relevant professional experience.
Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire. Preferred Qualifications:
Three (3) years of high-level or executive-level administrative experience in an academic, health care, and/or business-related environment. Experience with Marketplace, Concur, and other University systems. Experience working in admissions, recruitment, or accreditation/compliance. Experience working with database systems.

Anticipated Pay Range: |
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $59,087 to $79,177. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
