Wax Core Prep Operator (2nd Shift)

Location: Painesville, OH
Shift: 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Wax Core Prep Operator to join our manufacturing team in Painesville. This role is responsible for supporting production operations through the preparation and processing of wax components while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

As a Wax Core Prep Operator, you will:

• Perform basic wax preparation and production tasks in assigned work areas.
• Follow production schedules to meet customer and business demands.
• Maintain quality standards while achieving productivity goals.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe while supporting 6S initiatives.
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to solve problems and improve processes.
• Help reduce scrap and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers, customers, and leadership.
• Complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Prior manufacturing, production, assembly, or industrial experience is helpful but not required.
