Reverse Logistics Coordinator

The Role:In this role you'll be...responsible for managing the return, inspection, disposition, and processing of customer returns while ensuring inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction. This role works closely with warehouse operations, customer service, transportation and suppliers to ensure returned products are processed efficiently and in accordance with company policy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the receipt and processing of returned products.
• Review returned products to determine disposition (restock, repair, disposal, etc.).
• Process returns authorizations (RMAs) and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor inventory adjustments and ensure system accuracy.
• Coordinate with transportation and warehouse teams to resolve return-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory systems.
• Prepare reports on return volumes, turnaround times, and KPI's.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and WMS (SAP or ERP) software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs throughout the shift
