What you'll do:

• Own and manage seasonal product plans across assigned categories, franchises, or concepts, ensuring product ranges reflect consumer, brand, and commercial priorities.
• Create and deliver compelling product briefs grounded in deep consumer insight, trend relevance, and strategic brand direction.
• Guide the entire product creation process, from initial briefing through hand-off, in close partnership with Design and Development teams.
• Maintain accuracy and data integrity across seasonal line planning tools and systems, ensuring timely execution and alignment of deliverables throughout the creation process.
• Drive robust cross-functional collaboration with global and regional merchandising, consumer insights, and Go-to-Market teams.
• Act as a crucial connector, ensuring seasonal product stories are communicated clearly and land with maximum impact across diverse markets.
• Lead with an innovator's mindset, demonstrating vision, confidence, risk-taking, open-mindedness, mental agility, and passion to drive teams towards new and unconventional solutions.
• Influence across the product engine, ensuring alignment, accuracy, and timely execution that fuels the success of future major product franchises.
• Collaborate extensively with a direct team and cross-functional partners including design, color, graphics, merchandising, and development.

Skills and experience you'll bring:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a product-adjacent role (more preferred).
• Degree preferred, though not a hard requirement.
• Potential for both international and domestic travel (2-3 trips maximum).

Must-have skills:

• Exceptional organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the fashion, retail, and footwear industry, demonstrating strong cultural acumen.
• Proven product creation experience and knowledge.
• Strong presentation skills, proficient in tools like Keynote and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal oversight.
• Proactive and self-starting nature.

• Prior experience with a similar competitor in the athletic or fashion industry.
• Comprehensive retail environment knowledge.
• Experience in cross-functional merchandising.
• Franchise management experience.
• Proven experience running focus groups, extracting valuable insights, and taking an idea from conception to fruition.
