Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Administrative Coordinator for the Division of Lifelong Learning and Innovation.
Among the key duties of the position are the following:
- Provides comprehensive executive-level administrative and operational support in a fast-paced, confidential environment.
- Performs a broad range of highly responsible administrative functions requiring sound judgment, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to independently prioritize multiple competing assignments.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for the Vice Chancellor's Office, interacting with University leadership, faculty, staff, students, external organizations, community partners, and the general public.
- Coordinates the daily operations of the Vice Chancellor's Office.
- Manages complex schedules and communications.
- Facilitates divisional administrative processes, and supports the implementation of division-wide policies and procedures.
- Provides guidance to administrative support staff and student workers and ensures the efficient operation of the office while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

Qualifications
| Minimum Education and Experience |
- Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Immunization Requirements
Under Policy 100.3.1 Immunization Policy for Covered Individuals, if employment will commence during Flu Season, Rutgers University may require certain prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption.
