This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately. Job Duties Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Build pallets and process small parcel and LTL shipments. Load and unload freight using pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment. Receive, stock, and replenish inventory. Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy. Sort and organize components and warehouse materials. Support facility operations and general warehouse housekeeping. Assist with repack picking, stocking, and replenishment activities. Follow safety procedures and quality standards at all times. Complete additional warehouse duties as assigned by management. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation. Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required. Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments. Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance. Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred. Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
