Job Summary

The Delivery Driver is responsible for providing timely, reliable product deliveries while maintaining professional and positive relationships with customers. This role also supports warehouse activities, including preparing orders, organizing delivery items, processing returns, and restocking inventory as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, safety-conscious, and able to provide excellent customer service while managing multiple delivery-related tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers accurately and on schedule.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries.
• Assist warehouse personnel with packing products and organizing delivery items by route.
• Transport returned products from customer locations to the warehouse as needed.
• Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining organized warehouse areas.
• Verify delivery items and ensure customer orders are handled accurately.
• Communicate relevant customer information and delivery issues to appropriate team members.
• Maintain safe driving practices and follow applicable transportation and safety requirements.
• Obtain required customer-specific safety certifications when applicable.
• Manage delivery schedules and multiple tasks efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and vehicle.
• Safely handle, move, load, and unload products.

Job Requirements

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• No DUI convictions within the past 3 years.
• No more than two moving violations within the past 3 years.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to safely move products weighing up to 100 pounds and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow delivery, warehouse, and safety procedures.
• Willingness to obtain required safety certifications when applicable.

Education

• High school diploma or GED.
