Position Title: Welder
Wage: $25.00-$30.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7:00am-3:00pm We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to produce high-quality welded and fabricated components. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, works with precision, and can follow detailed instructions to assemble and repair metal products. This is a potential to hire opportunity in Mukwonago, WI. Welder Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Read and interpret detailed blueprints and schematics for complex assemblies - Cut, trim, and shape metal and other materials using hand and power tools - Weld, solder, and braze components together accurately - Align parts and secure them using bolts, screws, and other fasteners - Collaborate with robotic equipment (cobots) to assemble components - Identify and repair defective components in finished products - Maintain quality standards and ensure safety procedures are followed Welder Requirements: - High school diploma or GED - Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills - Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, torches, and grinders - Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally - Welding certification or related experience preferred - Attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Comfortable learning and operating collaborative robotic equipment IND022 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
