Title:Supply Chain Manager Duration: 4+ months Location: Remote Job Description The Supply Chain Manager supports the Plan-to-Stock (PTS) organization by coordinating and driving key business readiness activities related to change controls, controlled document revisions, change management, and training. This role works cross-functionally with business process owners, SMEs, document owners, and other stakeholders to ensure activities are completed accurately and on schedule. High-Level Roles & Responsibilities The Supply Chain Manager coordinates and drives Plan-to-Stock (PTS) business readiness activities, with a focus on Change Management, Change Controls, document revisions, and training coordination. The role works across business and functional teams to manage plans and deliverables, coordinate stakeholder actions, track progress and risks, and ensure activities are completed on schedule. It also provides cross-functional support and operational continuity across PTS priorities as needed. Basic Qualifications Doctorate degree or Master?s degree and 2 years of experience or Bachelor?s degree and 4 years of experience or Associate?s degree and 8 years of experience or High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets: Experience in the pharmaceutical Hands-on experience with Change Control and/or controlled document processes in a GxP-regulated environment Exposure to SAP S/4HANA is preferred Key Responsibilities Manage Plan to Stock(PTS) Change Controls from initiation through closure: Maintain the Change Control tracker, coordinate required inputs and actions with stakeholders, monitor due dates, follow up on open items, escalate risks or delays, and ensure Change Controls are completed and closed on schedule. Coordinate PTS document revisions in CDOCS: Draft and update SOPs, WIs, and GDEs in collaboration with SMEs and document owners; upload drafts to CDOCS; route documents for review and approval; address review comments; track revision status; and follow up through final approval. Manage PTS Change Management activities: Maintain the change management plan and tracker, coordinate activities across PTS, prepare and send stakeholder communications, organize meetings and engagement events, follow up with owners, and ensure planned activities are completed on time. Support PTS training activities: Track training deliverables, coordinate reviews with BPOs and SMEs, consolidate feedback, follow up on open actions, and help keep training development on schedule. Provide operational backup across PTS: Step in to manage Change Management, Change Controls, training coordination, and document revision activities during team absences or high-workload periods to prevent delays.
