Director, Clinical Services ChristianaCare HomeHealth

ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking an experienced and visionary Director, Clinical Services to provide strategic and operational leadership for clinical care delivery across our Home Health services. This leader will be responsible for driving clinical excellence, patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, workforce engagement, and operational performance while maintaining 24-hour accountability for care quality and service delivery.

• Lead and oversee Home Health clinical operations, ensuring safe, high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
• Drive clinical quality, patient experience, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
• Provide leadership and guidance to managers and interdisciplinary clinical teams.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, reduce hospitalizations, and enhance care coordination.
• Ensure compliance with CMS Conditions of Participation, state regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
• Partner with operational leaders to achieve financial, productivity, and growth objectives.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing clinical leaders and caregivers.
• Promote employee engagement, professional governance, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, community partners, and health system leaders to ensure seamless transitions of care and exceptional patient experiences.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• BSN required; Master's degree required (MSN preferred).
• Active RN licensure eligible in the State of Delaware.
• OASIS certification (COS-C, HCS-O, or equivalent) within two years of hire.
• Professional nursing certification required; Nurse Executive certification preferred.
• Minimum of five years of progressive clinical leadership experience, preferably in Home Health, Post-Acute Care, or Community-Based Care.
• Strong knowledge of Home Health regulations, accreditation standards, quality metrics, and clinical operations.
