The Role

UST is searching for a skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. The ideal candidate will analyze business needs, gather and document requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure successful delivery of technology solutions that meet business objectives.

What You'll Do

* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements

* Conduct requirement workshops, gap analysis, and process mapping sessions

* Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and use cases

* Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams

* Support solution design, system integration, and process improvement initiatives

* Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and Project Managers throughout the SDLC

* Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered solutions

What You Need

* 5+ Years as Business Systems Analyst

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

* Strong Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering experience

* Expertise in BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flow documentation

* Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

* Knowledge of SDLC and software implementation projects

* Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart

* Proficiency in process modeling and data analysis

* Preferred Skills:

* Domain experience in Healthcare, Insurance, Financial Services, or Enterprise Applications

* Experience with Salesforce, CRM, ERP, or digital transformation projects

* SQL knowledge for data analysis and validation

* CBAP, CCBA, or Agile certifications

Location & Compensation

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Hybrid - Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation Range: $88,000 - $132,000

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
