Customer Service Specialist This position does not qualify for international relocation. Improving Health through Science and Technology! What You Will Do at Aptar Pharma: The primary mission of theCustomer Supply Chain Specialist is to receive, process, and expedite customer purchase orders to ensure accurate, ontime delivery while consistently demonstrating a strong customercentric mindset. This is a customer facing position, only candidates with relevant experience will be considered. What Aptar Pharma Is Looking For: * Comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices and LOTOTO. * Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0or higher * Effective written and verbal communication skills * Good at problem solving, troubleshooting * Proficiency in Microsoft office suite Strong attention to detail. * Creative yet analytical thinker. * Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal and teamwork skills. * Able to follow written and verbal instructions. * Ability to lift up to 35 pounds. * Able to regularly and frequently stand, walk and bend during performance of essential duties. * Physically capable of the required work including but not limited to: extensive use of manual dexterity, ability to grip, firmly hold, turn and practice strong hand coordination. * Understands and practices safe working procedures. * Observes safety rules and policies; brings to managements' attention any unsafe acts or conditions. * Basic computer literacy. * Able to communicate clearly with support staff. * Ability to continuously practice and follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements. * Willing to use required personal protective (PPE) while satisfying all work requests. * Ability to recognize and abate safety hazards. Compensation and Base Annual Pay In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is USD $75,000 to USD $102,000 annually. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
