  • Update loan systems based on underwriting decisions and loan status changes

  • Communicate with customers regarding loan status, next steps, and timelines

  • Track and follow up on outstanding conditions and documentation

  • Perform thorough document audits prior to funding

  • Resolve exceptions and conditions to keep loans moving forward

  • Stay up to date on FHA, VA, and conventional loan guidelines and changes

  • Support the team with additional duties as needed

What You Bring to the Table Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • 2+ years of loan processing experience preferred

  • Mortgage industry experience is a plus (but we're open to strong candidates!)

  • Military education or experience may substitute for education or work experience

Skills That Set You Apart
  • Exceptional attention to detail-you catch what others miss

  • Strong customer service mindset with clear, confident communication skills

  • Solid understanding of real estate documentation, compliance, and loan policies

  • Ability to manage multiple files, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines

  • High integrity, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence

  • Comfortable working with change, problem-solving, and fast-paced workflows

Tech & Tools
