Position Summary Credence is seeking a Refugee Programs Analyst to support program operations, performance monitoring, workflow analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for evaluating program effectiveness, analyzing processes and performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting initiatives that enhance mission delivery and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership, program staff, and stakeholders to assess program performance, develop analytical products, support monitoring activities, and implement process improvements. This position requires strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations.
