Job Duties Operate a 16 refrigerated box truck on local delivery routes throughout the Cleveland area Deliver temperature-controlled meat and food products to restaurants, schools, golf courses, retirement communities, and other customers Unload and deliver products using dollies, hand carts, and other delivery equipment Verify deliveries and maintain product quality during transport Provide professional customer service at each delivery location Follow delivery schedules and route instructions Maintain safe driving practices and vehicle cleanliness Driving Requirements Experience operating box trucks; prior delivery driving experience preferred Experience in food service, beverage, or route delivery preferred Comfortable driving a 16 refrigerated (temperature-controlled) box truck Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to safely operate dollies, hand carts, and delivery equipment Ability to lift up to 100 lbs independently and team lift up to 200 lbs Strong customer service and communication skills Able to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) plan and more Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Holiday Pay is provided for eligible Drivers Weekly Pay Staffmark Perkspot - discounts on almost anything you want to buy The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role.
