Family Counseling Associates of Massachusetts, part of Optum Behavioral Care, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to provide outpatient behavioral health services to a diverse patient population. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health and substance use conditions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches while collaborating within a supportive clinical environment backed by robust operational and administrative resources. Position Highlights Provide individual and family psychotherapy services Conduct mental health and substance use assessments Utilize evidence-based treatments, including CBT and DBT Monitor treatment progress and adjust care plans as needed Maintain accurate EMR documentation and clinical records Required Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field Active, unrestricted Massachusetts license as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT Ability to provide behavioral health assessment and treatment services Strong documentation and electronic medical record skills
