Family Counseling Associates of Massachusetts, part of Optum Behavioral Care, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to provide outpatient behavioral health services to individuals and families. This role focuses on assessing, treating, and monitoring a variety of mental health and substance use conditions using evidence-based therapies within a collaborative, patient-centered care environment. Position Highlights Conduct mental health and substance use assessments Provide individual and family psychotherapy services Utilize evidence-based treatments, including CBT and DBT Track treatment progress and monitor clinical outcomes Maintain EMR documentation and support patient outreach initiatives Required Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field Active, unrestricted Massachusetts LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT license Experience providing psychotherapy and behavioral health treatment Strong documentation, communication, and collaborative care skills
