Description
The Benefits Coordinator will provide part-time (20 hours/week) support to the Benefits team, focusing on the day-to-day administration of employee benefits. This role is responsible for monitoring system interfaces, supporting new hires and retirees through the benefits process, preparing verification and eligibility documentation, and maintaining accurate vendor data feeds and billing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working independently across multiple benefits systems and vendor platforms. This is a temporary contracted position; the successful candidate will be employed by Noor Staffing Group, LLC. What You'll Do: Systems Monitoring & Employee Support
