Essential Functions
50% - Complete preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems as assigned through an online work order system; investigate reported concerns, document findings, and update records. Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED and three years of specialized building maintenance and/or repair experience related to area of assignment. There is no substitution or equivalency allowable for the High School Diploma or GED. OR An equivalent combination of the conferred degree and directly related full-time work experience as Desired Qualifications
1. Three (3) or more years of experience working in a commercial or institutional facilities maintenance role with responsibility for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing multiple building systems/areas such as electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall repair, or painting.
