Production Technician

Hourly Rate: $24.00/hour

Schedule: 12-Hour Rotating Shift

Shift Rotation: Day Shift and Night Shift every 6 weeks.

Day Shift (AM):

• Hours: 5:45 AM - 6:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $24.00/hour

Night Shift (PM):

• Hours: 5:45 PM - 6:00 AM
• Base Pay Rate: $24.00/hour
• Shift Differential: +$1.50/hour
• Total Pay Rate: $25.50/hour

Schedule Highlights

• Employees work a rotating schedule of 48 hours one week and 36 hours the next week.
• Day and night shifts alternate every 6 weeks.
• The schedule provides every other weekend off, allowing for extended time away from work.

Week 1:Schedule (48 Hours)

Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

Week 2:Schedule (36 Hours)

Position Overview:

What You'll Do

Responsibilities:

• Learn processes including printing, wrapping, banding, and staging finished units for the warehouse.
• Perform a broad range of inspection activities following standard work guidelines.
• Complete daily housekeeping and other standard work items for areas of accountability.
• Monitor processes and identify defects in product quality.

What You'll Need

Requirements:

• Preferred: 2 years' experiencein a fast-paced industrial team-based environment.
• Ability touseequipment or tools as necessary in accordance with all safety rules.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Comfortable with basic computer skills including email and data entry.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Education:
