Qualifications
| Minimum Education and Experience |
Completed Master's degree with emphasis on research experience in cross-cultural organizational psychology.
Experience with cross-cultural research is required. The nuance of cross-cultural research necessitates deep understanding of challenges associated with measurement equivalence and bias. |

PhD in Industrial & Organizational/Organizational Psychology/Organizational Behavior, or closely related field.
Record of research & publication in the area of occupational health & stress and interest in cross-cultural organizational psychology

COSHR) Lab.
