Position Summary: The Program Manager serves as the Contractor's senior onsite manager and single point of accountability for execution of the 3rd Infantry Division Logistics Assistance Training program at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield. The PM directs, coordinates, and supervises all contractor personnel and integrates classroom instruction, Staff Assistance Visits, inspection support, onsite assistance, curriculum development, quality control, reporting, staffing, and surge requirements. Location of work is Fort Stewart, Georgia.

Primary Duties

• Manage all 11 technical personnel and overall LAT contract execution
• Develop and maintain the integrated annual, monthly, and weekly workload schedule.
• Coordinate approximately 188 planned course iterations
• Balance resources among instruction, SAVs, inspections, onsite assistance, curriculum development, leave, and surge requirements
• Serve as primary interface with the COR, Contracting Officer, Division G4, supported commanders, and other Government stakeholders
• Monitor execution of the approximately 21,000 annual technical workload hours
• Manage instructor availability and cross-utilization
• Coordinate surge staffing and activate qualified backup personnel when necessary
• Ensure personnel qualifications, certifications, CAC/access requirements, and mandatory training remain current
• Manage the Quality Control Plan and corrective-action process
• Review monthly performance reports and Government deliverables
• Coordinate phase-in, transition, and continuity activities
• Ensure work remains within contract scope
• Monitor staffing, schedule, risk, technical performance, and customer satisfaction

Recommended Qualifications

• Secret Security Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, management, or related field
• 8-10 years of Army logistics/readiness experience
• 5 (five) years managing multi-disciplinary logistics, training, readiness, maintenance, or supply operations
• Experience working with Army G4/S4 organizations
• Strong understanding of GCSS-Army, maintenance, supply, property accountability, readiness, and Army logistics operations
• Demonstrated experience managing Government contracts or comparable programs
• Hold recognized credentials such as the Army Basic Instructor Course, Foundation Instructor Facilitator Course, Cadre Training Course, or equivalent Department of Defense or TRADOC certification.
• Must demonstrate a minimum of three to five years of specialized experience in Army logistics doctrine, including Army Regulation 750-1, Army Regulation 710-2, Department of the Army Pamphlet 710-2-1, Department of the Army Pamphlet 710 2-2, and Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations hazardous material standards
