Are you a client leader who turns strong relationships into longterm strategic value?

Do you thrive in complex client environments where success depends on judgment, influence, and crossfunctional collaboration?

Join us to help clients make better captive and risk financing decisions!

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work virtually and from our Burlington, Vermont office, in line with Aon's U.S. smart working policy.

Aon is in the business of better decisions

At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.

As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive team and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.

What the day will look like

This role exists to strengthen client outcomes through consultative captive leadership. As a Captive Client Services Director, you will act as the principal interface between captive clients and Aon, ensuring clients receive highquality service, strategic insight, and access to the right expertise across the business. You will help clients make better decisions about captive performance, risk financing strategy, and longterm value creation.

Typical activities include:

  • Leading strategic client engagement for a portfolio of captive clients, acting as the primary relationship lead for senior executives
  • Running annual account planning discussions aligned to client priorities, service requirements, and commercial objectives
  • Coordinating strategy checkins with subject matter experts to provide external perspectives, market insight, and forwardlooking recommendations
  • Reviewing stewardship reports, performance data, and service metrics to find opportunities for improvement and additional value creation

Success depends on your ability to deeply understand client priorities, proactively find opportunities, and build value through strategic conversations, insightled communication, and effective orchestration of Aon capabilities.

You will help shape the futurestate client leadership model within ACIM, supporting a more proactive, data-driven, and commercially focused approach to client engagement.

  • Comfort operating in ambiguous or evolving situations, with sound judgment, learning agility, and the ability to draw on specialist expertise when needed
