Education Requirements High school diploma, GED, or Trade School education required Specialized electrical certification preferred Experience Requirements Minimum 3+ years of experience working with electrical systems Experience with PLCs, VFDs, SCRs, controllers, and electrical troubleshooting Gas burner systems or HVAC experience is a plus Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and CAD drawings Valid driver's license with a good driving record required Job Duties Wire, test, troubleshoot, and commission electrical systems on industrial furnaces, kilns, and ovens Interpret electrical schematics, P&ID loops, and control diagrams Install and configure PLCs, drives, temperature controllers, and other control devices Fabricate and install components according to engineering drawings Perform equipment startups, repairs, rebuilds, and installations at customer locations Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers Ensure compliance with UL, CE, and quality standards Collaborate with engineering teams to suggest process and product improvements Travel up to 20% for domestic and occasional international service work Complete other duties as assigned Physical Capabilities Lift up to 45 pounds Stand, sit, kneel, crawl, climb, bend, and work in confined spaces as needed Ability to operate machinery and perform hands-on electrical and mechanical work Strong manual dexterity, color vision, and depth perception required Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
