Your Role in Our Mission Promote and maintain a safe working environment in compliance with Health and Safety regulations. Supervise and support production team members in areas such as attendance, training, task execution, and employee relations. Coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets and quality standards. Monitor material flow to ensure timely availability of parts and supplies. Drive continuous improvement efforts focused on efficiency, waste reduction, and product quality. Participate in daily and weekly production meetings to communicate priorities and resolve issues. Ensure production processes follow lean manufacturing principles and standard work practices. Support compliance with site rules, regulations, and policies. Perform other duties as assigned to support operational goals. What You'll Bring Familiarity with visual management tools and production tracking systems. Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in a production setting. Experience with automated production machinery, hand tools, power tools, and fabricating equipment. Strong interpersonal skills to train and motivate team members effectively. Problem-solving ability to address issues such as material shortages, equipment malfunctions, and workflow disruptions. Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Supervision experience in a manufacturing setting. Ability to positively lead and mentor employees to meet production, quality and safety goals. Ability to positively and effectively communicate across all levels within the organization.
