Job Description

This role supports daily production operations by helping lead production teams, maintain quality standards, and ensure gift pack production runs safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, developing employees, and driving operational excellence.

What You'll Do:
You'll assist in supervising production operations while ensuring quality, productivity, safety, and staffing goals are met.
You'll also be responsible for:
* Supervising, training, and coaching production employees on quality, safety, and production standards
* Monitoring daily production schedules to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
* Supporting line setup, product placement, labeling, packaging, and quality control activities
* Assigning employees to production lines based on workload and staffing needs
* Communicating daily with production leadership on progress, staffing, and operational issues
* Identifying and resolving production, equipment, and workflow challenges
* Assisting with employee onboarding, training, performance feedback, and attendance management
* Monitoring safe machine operation and coordinating equipment repairs with Maintenance
* Promoting workplace safety through training, coaching, and safety discussions
* Maintaining accurate production records and documentation
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity

Qualifications

What It Takes:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Prior manufacturing, production, warehouse, or leadership experience preferred
* Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to lead and motivate employees in a fast-paced environment
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
* Strong commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork
* Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
