Are you a visionary developer ready to spearhead the future of online security? We are seeking a hands-on lead developer with profound expertise in .NET/C# to join a dynamic and fast-paced Agile environment. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and supporting a mission-critical authentication platform. Your contributions will be equally split between strategic system design and hands-on coding, offering a unique opportunity to influence both architecture and implementation, driving innovation within a critical area of the business and directly impacting the security posture for millions.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the development and delivery of software products through all phases, from QA to Production.
• Collaborate extensively with product owners and key stakeholders across various departments to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
• Partner with the Scrum Master and product owner to provide accurate development sizing and cost analysis estimates for new initiatives.
• Work closely with product owners and team members on story decomposition, feature design, and task prioritization to streamline development.
• Champion software quality by utilizing automated testing tools and frameworks, including Test-Driven Development.
• Provide critical support for identity and credential management systems, ensuring seamless authentication across internal and external systems.
• Actively help resolve team roadblocks and foster a collaborative problem-solving environment in conjunction with the Scrum Master.
• Coordinate individual team deliverables to ensure successful and synchronized product releases.
• Proactively identify technology risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular code reviews and quality improvement sessions with development teams, focusing on robust requirements specification and design methodologies.
• Innovate by prototyping, validating, and developing tailored application solutions that directly address complex business requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated expertise as an API Subject Matter Expert in developing server-side applications using C# and .NET technologies.
• Proficiency in developing user interfaces (UI) with Angular or React.
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing highly available, high-throughput, and scalable application solutions.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary system architecture, development standards, and best practices.
• Proven ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
• Background in AI development and Specification-Driven Development.
• Experience working with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.

Qualifications That Will Set You Apart:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Over 7 years of hands-on application programming or test automation framework experience within an Agile development environment.
• At least 3 years of demonstrated leadership in delivering and driving the adoption of technical innovations across teams.
• Strong familiarity with Agile/Lean development and testing methodologies, including Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery.
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB and Aerospike.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols like Kerberos, certificate-based authentication, and Ping Identity solutions.
• Skilled in testing RESTful web services using test automation frameworks, with the ability to parse nested JSON and XML. Experience with SOAP is a plus.
• Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure in challenging environments.
• Proficiency with source control systems and Agile tools including Bitbucket, Jira, Zephyr, Bamboo, and Git.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Background in CI/CD environments (e.g., Bamboo), including creating, modifying, and executing jobs from scratch using Git.
• Expertise in troubleshooting production issues through analysis of logs (Splunk), dashboards, and metrics.
• Previous experience within the financial services or brokerage industry.
