Web Developer

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using C#, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, and Razor Pages
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and other modern front-end frameworks
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services to power enterprise applications
• Design, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, data models, and data access layers
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across front-end, middleware, database, and hosting environments
• Apply secure coding best practices and proactively identify and remediate security vulnerabilities
• Implement authentication and authorization solutions using industry-standard identity and access management technologies
• Contribute to automated testing, code quality initiatives, and CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient software delivery
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate closely with developers, architects, product owners, and stakeholders within a SAFe Agile environment
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining accountability for quality, security, and performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience developing web-based applications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET 8+, and ASP.NET Core
• Experience developing modern front-end applications using JavaScript and/or TypeScript
• Experience working with SQL Server or other relational database technologies
• Strong understanding of application architecture, API development and integration, and reusable design patterns
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting full-stack applications across UI, API, database, and hosting layers
• Experience with Git-based source control, code reviews, and automated build/deployment processes
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience developing secure applications and incorporating security throughout the software development lifecycle
• Experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools while validating, testing, and maintaining ownership of generated code
• CompTIA Security+ certification or the ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React, TypeScript, Blazor, Razor Pages, and Razor Components
• Experience using Entity Framework Core
• Familiarity with IIS and Windows Server-based hosting environments
• Experience identifying and remediating vulnerabilities discovered through SAST, DAST, and security scanning tools
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and modern identity management concepts
• Experience developing applications compliant with Section 508 accessibility standards
• Familiarity with RMF, ATO processes, and federal cybersecurity compliance requirements
• Prior experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or federal government programs

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
