Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities




  • Oversee the cycle count function and ensure all cycle counts are performed in accordance with established policies and procedures. Including implementing and maintaining the metrics and reports necessary for effective perpetual and periodic inventory counting programs.
  • Support, assist, and complete analyses; analyze information for accuracy and completeness, including but not limited to Root Cause and Accountability Plans for Material Control as well as Manufacturing, Engineering, and Sales.
  • Develop, recommend, and coordinate the implementation of new procedures aligning with the team's continuous improvement plan and goal.
  • Lead and participate in the Year End Physical Inventory Counts to adhere with best practices and requirements of outside auditors.
  • Coordinate and monitor the daily activities of the Cycle Count Team and is responsible for team leadership and tasks such as: attendance/vacation schedule, training coaching and development.
  • Partner with Material Control and Operations to achieve inventory accuracy goals.
  • Actively participate in training to expand technical skills and improve services provided.
  • Current and maintain unresolved or open purchase orders.
  • Create purchase orders for customer-furnished items, parts sales, and/or good and services.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.

    • 5+ years in Supply Chain, Materials Management, Logistics, or related experience.


  • Licenses/Certifications:

    • CPM, CPSM, CSM, or equivalent desired.


  • Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

    • Excellent analytical skills/
    • Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills.
    • Syteline inventory experience preferred.
    • Good project management and business partnering skills.
    • Effective supervisory skills.
