About the role: As a Business Process Analyst, you will be a strategic liaison between Westinghouse Digital Design and process owners within other disciplines. You will provide expertise on business process design, system use, and digital transformation programs. You will define processes and ensure that people understand the vision to maximize the value of the enterprise design management applications. You will ensure solutions align with operational goals, scalable business processes, and long-term organizational strategy. You will report to the Manager, APX Software Development. This is a mobile/hybrid role based in Cranberry, PA. No relocation is available. Local candidates only. Key Responsibilities: You will partner with teams across the APX organization to define future-state business processes, improve projects, and translate needs into technology-enabled solutions. You will help shape system roadmaps, prioritize enhancements, and promote adoption of standard, efficient, and data-driven business practices throughout the organization Gather, analyze, and document requirements through partner interviews, workshops, and process reviews. Create process flow diagrams, working with teams to define their processes. Recommend improvements to evolve business processes. Translate needs into business rules, process documentation, and functional requirements. Document workflows, standard operating procedures, process maps, and work instructions. Facilitate requirements review sessions and obtain partner agreement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related field 3+ years of experience in business process/systems analysis, operations improvement or related discipline or equivalent. Experience in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain or service delivery environments We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
