Williams Learning Academy is seeking a dependable, caring, and experienced Lead Childcare Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children. The Lead Teacher will supervise children, create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities, maintain classroom routines, and support childrens social, emotional, physical, and educational development.

Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, maintaining attendance and classroom records, assisting with meals and toileting/diapering when needed, maintaining a clean and organized classroom, communicating professionally with families, and following all center and Wisconsin licensing requirements.

Applicants must meet Wisconsin requirements for a qualified childcare teacher and complete required background checks and training. Required coursework includes Introduction to the Child Care Profession, Skills and Strategies for the Child Care Teacher, and Fundamentals of Infant and Toddler Care. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. Previous childcare experience is strongly preferred. Candidates must be dependable, patient, professional, organized, and have strong classroom-management and communication skills.
