Logistics Administrative Assistant

Tim's Cascade Snacks, a subsidiary of Utz Quality Foods is looking to grow our loyal, career driven, and customer focused team, and is currently recruiting for a Logistics Administrative Assistant to work from our manufacturing facility located in Algona, WA.

As a Logistics Administrative Assistant, this candidate will be responsible to provide administrative support to the Algona Logistics Team. This position works Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Close all CPU's and LTL loads that were picked up the previous day in TMS.
• Scan and upload all shipping documents in TMS from the previous day.
• Maintain customer pickup scheduling.
• Assist drivers picking-up and delivering loads.
• Assist Logistics Manager with processing of BOL's for loaded trailers.
• Maintain multiple Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Logistics reports.
• Maintains accounts with outside vendors including updating online databases and generating reports as needed.
• Acts as a back up to other logistics administrative positions.
