NORTON CHILDREN'S ANESTHESIOLOGY, AFFILIATED WITH THE UOFL SCHOOL OF MEDICINE and part of Norton Children's Medical Group in Louisville, Kentucky, is recruiting multiple pediatric cardiac anesthesiologists to join its growing practice. In this new model, physicians can choose between an all-clinical track or a combined clinical and academic track with the University of Louisville School of Medicine. The combined track offers an opportunity to explore quality improvement, clinical research, translational research, medical education, child advocacy or community engagement. Norton Children's Research Institute, affiliated with the UofL School of Medicine, offers broad support for every stage of research, including study design and statistical analysis. ABOUT THE POSITIONS
- $100,000 sign-on bonus; up to $45,000 relocation assistance
- 10 weeks of vacation; one week of continuing medical education

PEDIATRIC CARDIAC ANESTHESIOLOGISTS
- Comprehensive clinical scope: Practice in a full-service cardiac program managing all pediatric and adult congenital heart disease (ACHD) cases, with a robust ventricular assist device program.
- Distinct clinical structure: Practice within a highly specialized and dedicated cardiac team that is structurally and clinically distinct within Norton Children's Medical Group.
