DC Facilities Custodian

Title: Facilities Custodian

Shift: 1st - Shift; Monday - Friday from 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Keep breakrooms, restrooms, office areas, handwash stations "Tour Read - Audit Ready" status by daily cleaning
and sanitizing.
* Collect and discard daily items from trash receptacles, recycle receptacles, bio-hazard containers.
* Responsible for operation, cleaning, and storage of the floor scrubber for micro control.
* Orders and restocks cleaning supplies.
* Work with and assist with guidance to the contracted off shift cleaning crew.
* Complete daily task list and document any additional work completed or changes needed.
* Access EAM for work orders and to document work order completion.
* Demonstrate commitment to Rockline's RRITE Values of Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence.
* Associates have a direct and important role in ensuring that all work is performed in a safe manner.
Effectiveness in carrying out this responsibility is part of each associate's essential accountabilities.
