Thomas College Women's Lacrosse is seeking qualified applicants for a part-time Assistant Coach for the program. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the program, including both competitive success and student-athlete development. Primary Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, organizational ability, a passion for player development, and a commitment to fostering a positive and competitive team culture. Bachelor's degree is required. Must have a valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally. Must have the ability to work evenings/weekends, and travel with the team as needed.
