Position Overview
| Primary Purpose of Position |
Attend conference planning and coordination meetings as assigned
Assist with creating and maintaining conference registration websites using
CVENT
Monitor conference enrollment and registration activity
Assist with attendee check-in and badge printing through
CVENT
Provide on-site and logistical support for evening Continuing Education classes
Assist instructors and participants with sign-in, classroom setup, and basic troubleshooting
Support registration verification and course logistics as needed
Assist with operational support for university summer camps and youth programs
Support registration check-in, attendance tracking, and daily camper logistics
Provide general administrative and on-site support to ensure smooth camp operations
Assist staff with supplies, materials, and coordination as needed
Help manage the summercamps@ncat.edu shared mailbox
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Professional and courteous customer service demeanor
Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments
Comfort interacting with diverse populations, including adult learners and youth participants
Ability to lift light materials and assist with basic event setup as needed |
