Role Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber, technically fluent Product Manager to lead the foundational Intelligence Layer for our core enterprise platform (Meridian). In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex data capabilities and commercial execution. You will ensure our core Intelligence Engines (Signals & Actions) are tightly aligned with our Go-To-Market (GTM) product releases to drive rapid platform adoption, customer outcomes, and early revenue milestones.

Core Responsibilities

  • GTM & Release Alignment: Define the synchronization strategy and manage critical cross-team dependencies to align platform capabilities with a phased V1/V2 commercial product release calendar.
  • Define Data Contracts & Workflows: Establish clear, robust data contracts, signal definitions, and automated workflow triggers that power GTM orchestration and automated clearing/shipping motions.
  • Platform vs. Experience Separation: Partner closely with core Platform Engineering to cleanly separate frontend/user experience logic from the underlying analytical, data-enrichment, and intelligence-generation layers.
  • Technical Translation: Translate high-level business problems and market needs into highly detailed, implementation-ready technical specifications, data schemas, and rigorous engineering acceptance criteria.
  • POD Leadership & Execution: Build, scale, and operationalize two newly approved, high-velocity intelligence development PODs
  • Metrics & Value Tracking: Standardize operational SLAs, monitor pipeline latency/signal quality, and tie technical performance directly to commercial adoption and revenue outcomes.

What Success Looks Like

  • Flawless Delivery Sync: Core platform releases and GTM launches are perfectly synchronized, operating with clear cross-functional ownership and ironclad SLAs.
  • Production-Grade Signals: The platform reliably generates highly precise, real-time data inputs and actionable signals that unlock measurable customer value.
  • High-Performing PODs: The Signals and Actions PODs operate at peak velocity, translating strategic roadmap needs into rapid, sprint-based technical deployments.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Technical Product Leadership: 5+ years of product management experience, specifically working on enterprise data platforms, APIs, middleware, or foundational intelligence layers.
  • Technical Fluency: Exceptional ability to read data flows, understand microservices architecture, and translate complex business rules into structured data models and APIs.
  • Data Contracts & SLA Management: Proven experience writing formal data contracts and defining operational SLAs (latency, accuracy, uptime) for upstream/downstream services.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Demonstrated success aligning diverse stakeholder groups - ranging from commercial GTM leads to platform architects and engineering leads.

Agile POD Management: Experience standing up, prioritizing, and running agile development squads or specialized technical PODs
