The Opportunity with McKinstry We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to support our Distributed Energy team. This role partners closely with Operations Managers, Project Managers, and Site Managers to provide administrative and logistical support across all phases of project execution. The ideal candidate is detailoriented, dependable, and an effective problem solver with strong communication skills. Responsibilities include coordinating project tasks and workflows, preparing documentation and reports, and supporting internal and external project stakeholders. This position plays a key role in maintaining operational continuity by ensuring contractual and regulatory documentation is accurate, current, and compliant, while also serving as a liaison between the project management and our internal teams. The pay range for this position is$24.36 - $35.35per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This is a non-exempt role and will be paid hourly. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
