Your Role
As a Shipping Clerk at Quincy, your primary mission is to ensure the smooth and accurate dispatch of orders, contributing significantly to an exceptional customer experience. You will play a vital role in managing the shipping process from start to finish, maintaining strong collaboration with third-party logistics (3PL) partners and internal teams. Your focus will be on selecting the most efficient, cost-effective carriers while guaranteeing all products are picked, packed, and shipped correctly. Additionally, your efforts in managing shipping documentation and addressing logistical challenges will directly impact the reliability and efficiency of our supply chain operations. Your day-to-day Your daily responsibilities will encompass managing and generating all essential shipping documents, such as bills of lading, packing slips, shipping labels, and export documentation where applicable. You will coordinate closely with 3PL partners to verify the accuracy of picking and packing processes, ensuring that orders meet precise specifications before shipment. Serving as a pivotal liaison, you will communicate effectively between internal departments, carriers, and logistics providers to facilitate seamless shipping operations. Other key duties include resolving any discrepancies related to shipping errors, damages, or missing items, organizing warehouse and shipping spaces to maintain orderliness, and supporting ongoing initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction through better shipping experiences.
