Darley Green offers a dedicated team of clinicians, including physicians and nurse practitioners, who deliver exceptional medical care to newborns, children, and adults. The facility holds certification as a Patient-Centered Medical Home from the National Committee for Quality Assurance. Services provided at Darley Green encompass primary medical care across all age groups, immunizations, minor medical procedures, physical examinations, and on-site lab services.

As a Medical Assistant I, you support physicians in virtual and on-site patient care, performing essential clinical and clerical duties to ensure quality care.

Duties / Responsibilities:

The Medical Assistant I greets and supports patients virtually and in person, prepares them for visits, performs basic clinical tasks (e.g., testing, injections, EKGs), assists with exams, and maintains exam rooms and equipment. They manage EMR updates, patient communications, referrals, authorizations, and scheduling, while handling clerical duties, troubleshooting video visits, and supporting patient portal access.

Position Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• A graduate of a recognized Medical Assistant Program or hold current Medical Assistant Certification by a national organization accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) or the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).
