Purpose: The Inventory Control and Distribution Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy, warehouse control processes, distribution quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Indianapolis Distribution Center. This role ensures proper inventory management, regulatory compliance, product quality, and operational efficiency while leading teams responsible for inventory control, cycle counting, quality inspections, and distribution activities. Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate current and future organizational processes of the Inventory Control and Distribution QC functions. Key Responsibilities:
